Limited Reviews Refill Warranty
As a third-party review provider, we cannot control review platform actions regarding content published on business profiles. We offer a limited warranty on dropped reviews:
All services marked with a 30-day warranty on our site are covered under this policy. For Google reviews, we offer a 30-day refill warranty, subject to a one-time replacement in case of removal.
Disclaimer
The Company provides timely updates to Clients regarding review status, regardless of outcome. We prioritize two-way communication to build trust and enhance service delivery.
Review Visibility
- The visibility of reviews may change due to periodic updates to Review Aggregator algorithms and search mechanisms. Our systems are maintained to comply with the most recent guidelines.
- Reviews on newly created Business Profiles may experience publication delays as Review Aggregators process them through algorithmic systems.
Click-Through Rate
Optimizing Click-Through Rate (“CTR”) on new Business Profiles requires an adjustment period. CTR is influenced by Search Engine indexing procedures, which may take time to adapt fully.
Image Submissions
To ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations, we may request images from clients. Clients agree to provide such images promptly upon request.
Modification of Reviews Content and Ratings
The Company may modify review content and ratings to ensure compliance with Review Aggregator guidelines and maintain high standards. This includes correcting errors, improving clarity, and adjusting star ratings to align with content when necessary. We reserve the right to implement such changes without prior notice.
Refund Policy
If we are unable to initiate your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund. We will communicate any such instances promptly.
Once your order is successfully placed and enters our processing queue, we cannot offer refunds as resources are immediately dedicated to fulfilling your request.
